HIMAGHITA

Himaghita is Food Technology Student Association that accommodates various student activities majoring in food technology. This organization focuses on fostering and developing the potential of all Food Science Technology students through internal and external divisions formed according to their respective functions, such as regeneration, talent development, research, work direction, entrepreneurship, design, and community service.

Charity Concert HIMAGHITA

  • PAPRIKA (Pengembangan Pribadi dan Karakter)
    The work program in the Development and Regeneration field is in the form of new student orientation to get to know more about the Food Technology Study Program, prepare themselves for the world of lectures, and improve the soft skills and hard skills of new students. PAPRIKA’s top event in 2022 was held with dedication in Segoro Gunung Village, Ngargoyoso, Karanganyar for 3 days and 2 nights.
  • HIMVESTIGASI (Himaghita Investigasi)
    Himaghita Investigation is a Research and Development work program that aims to research, test, or conduct experiments in the food sector. One of the experiments that has been done is to test the content of Vitamin C in packaged drinks.
  • BERSATUH 
    Bersatuh or Sharing Food and Drinks with Communities in Need is a work program of Community Service. The food and drinks were distributed to people around the UNS campus and the city of Solo who needed them, such as motorcycle taxi drivers, pedicab drivers, garbage collectors, beggars, and so on.
  • OMAH TELO
    Omah Telo is a work program in the field of Entrepreneurship, where this field provides facilities in the form of refrigerators and freezers on campus that can be used to sell food and drinks. Not only that, ITP students and lecturers are also allowed to deposit their own food and beverage products for sale.
  • HIMAGHITA’S FESTIVAL
    Himaghita’s Festival or HIMFEST is one of Himaghita’s largest work programs. The purpose of this event is to commemorate World Food Day which falls on October 16. Bringing up the issue of food waste, HIMFEST 2022 then raised the theme “Food Glory: Food for Humanity Through Food Sustainability and Responsibility”. There are 3 main events at this HIMFEST, namely SFCC (Student’s Food Creativity Competition), Food Expo, and Food Action.
