Co-organized by the Department of Food Science and Technology of Universitas Sebelas Maret, Indonesia, the Laboratory of Food Structure and Function of Ghent University, Belgium, and Cacaolab bv, Belgium, the Cocoa and Chocolate Workshop 2021 will provide theoretical knowledge about the recent trends on cocoa and chocolate processing technology. The whole chain of cocoa agro-industry, from farmer to consumer, is covered in this workshop.
The ICCW 2021 is an online training program specifically designed to enrich the capacity of professionals and academicians working in the respective area. The program will provide high-standard English-taught classes and interactive discussions with international experts. Moreover, students will earn transferable study credits equal to 2 credit units at the end of the workshop.
