International Workshop on Traditional Fermented Food 2018

Tuesday, 6 November 2018 Food Science and Technology Department UNS held an International Workshop on Traditional Fermented Food. There is the first international workshop to introduce Indonesia Fermented Food because Indonesia has many traditional food especially traditional fermented food such as tempe, tape, dadih, etc. This workshop is attended by the student from Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Timor Leste, Hongaria and also Indonesia.

The workshop will be held in Food Science and Technology Department UNS, Tempe Mlanding Small Medium Enterprise (SME) in Wonogiri,  Tempe Samodra Boyolali and the last is Rumah Kedelai Grobogan.
